PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The spring winding machine is a machine equipped with gabion mesh machine for making spring wire, and the PLC control system. A set of standard gabion mesh machine includes: gabion mesh machine, warping machine, spring winding machine and wire drawing machine.

Speed: 450r/min;
Wire diameter: 1.6-4.0mm;
Power: 3kw.
Working principle: wind the iron wire into a multi-layer spring, increase the length of the iron wire, set the diameter of the iron wire and the number of spring layers. The speed of the servo motor drives the servo rod to rotate, and the servo rod drives the screw plate to adapt to the spring winding speed of different wire diameters and meet the working requirements of different wire diameters.
