PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1、 Use of 4 * 4500 screen cutter
This machine is suitable for wire shearing of thin plates in machinery, hardware, automobile, stainless steel decoration and other industries. The machine is suitable for the following working conditions:
A. Tensile strength limit of shear plate ≤ 450N/mm ².
B. The thickness of sheet metal is 0.5-4mm
C. The temperature of sheet metal shall not be greater than 50 ℃
D. When the tensile strength of the sheared sheet is high, its shear thickness shall be reduced accordingly
E. Intermittent shearing can be performed under full load.
2、 Main features of 4 * 4500 screen cutter
1) The machine adopts single side open transmission, with compact structure, safety and reliability, and beautiful appearance.
2) The upper tool rest of the machine is welded and drawn from steel plates. High strength, light weight and high shearing precision.
3) The pressing force of the pressing device is large and even. The non-metallic pressing claw is used, which has low noise and will not press parts. At the same time, the pressing force is large and acts as a balancing force, making the machine run smoothly.
4) The machine is equipped with front and rear blocking materials, which is convenient to use.
