PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Gabion machine is also known as hexagonal wire netting machine, which is the professional machine to produce hexagonal wire mesh. Jinlida series machines are designed to make gabion mesh of various widths and mesh sizes, we can produce the machine as your size.
PLC control system touch screen is available for the hexagonal wire mesh machine. It is supposed to be in continuous and smooth operation, saving much labor force.
Adopted with central automatic lubrication system, so as to make feeding guideway to have the good performance for little resistance, little friction, good lubrication and long life etc.
Jinlida gabion machine use eccentric reed pipes, do little harm to wire coating layer, reduce machine overload.
One set of gabion machine includes four main parts: mesh weaving machine, spring coiling machine, mesh winding machine and wire tension device.
