How to ensure the accuracy of large gabion equipment? Some plants build integral racks by welding on cement ground. We believe that large equipment must be assembled on a special assembly platform to ensure the accuracy and performance of the equipment.
The LNWL4, a four type gabion mesh machine developed today, adopts a ductile iron integral carriage seat, which is welded by a rectangular tube and steel plate. The carriage seat with reinforced base plate and rib plate shall be subject to fine and accurate finishing on specific equipment.
The twister is composed of four parts: upper and lower carriage, head and rear support. The assembly of large equipment should be carried out on the specially made large flat plate to ensure the correctness of the relative shape and position tolerance of the equipment. This process effectively guarantees the product quality.
